Clients seek Mr. Barr’s expertise for his proven track record in high-profile, high-exposure cases and the exceptional resolutions he secures. Leading the evolving terrain of catastrophic loss litigation, Mr. Barr and his team directed the 1996 Aeroperu Flight 603 disaster investigation.
