After overseeing the recovery of 72 individuals from the ocean floor at a depth of 700 feet, he was entrusted to manage three other commercial airline accidents and the litigation of Padre Island's Port Isabel Bridge Collapse in 2001.

In addition to managing administrative and security matters for international airlines before the Federal Aviation Administration, Homeland Security, and related agencies, Mr. Barr continues to serve as outside counsel and coordination counsel for large multinational manufacturers in the United States (represented and negotiated transactions for Aeromexico, international hotels, and various entertainers).
